Terms of Sale

These terms define the conditions under which Maven Innovation Ltd sells access to the Measure service. Placing an order — by starting a paid plan through our checkout — constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms in the version in force on the order date.

Measure is a subscription software service that measures brand visibility across AI engines. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind yourself or the organisation you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.

Businesses (B2B). Where you subscribe for purposes related to your trade or profession, you contract as a business and statutory consumer-cancellation rights do not apply.

Consumers (B2C). Where you subscribe as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Because the service is supplied digitally and immediately, by starting your subscription you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully supplied within that period. Where part of the period remains, you may still cancel and be charged for what you have used.

Plans are described on our pricing page and include a monthly credit allowance consumed by metered actions (live scans, geo scans, content analysis). Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and remaining credits are forfeited without compensation.

Prices are shown at checkout. UK VAT or applicable sales taxes are added where required. Payment is taken in advance through our payment processor, Stripe; you authorise us to charge your chosen method for each renewal. Except where the law requires otherwise (including the consumer rights described above), fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact hello@measure.co and we will put it right.

If a business customer’s payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend the service and, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, charge statutory interest and a fixed recovery cost on the outstanding amount.

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, you authorise Measure to access that data read-only to power your dashboards. We do not resell it or share it with other customers. You can revoke access at any time from your settings or your Google account.

The service is for legitimate measurement of brands and domains you have an interest in. We may suspend or limit accounts showing abnormal usage (automated abuse, scraping of the service, attempts to exceed plan limits) or any use that breaches our Terms of Service or the law, where necessary without prior notice to protect the service or other customers.

We may change prices to reflect our costs (including third-party API and data costs). We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any increase affecting your plan before it takes effect at your next renewal; if you do not accept the change you may cancel before it applies.

Features labelled beta, preview or experimental are provided “as is” without any service-level or performance guarantee, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

You can export your workspace reports at any time while your subscription is active, and should do so before cancelling. After termination your data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Maven Innovation Ltd may assign or transfer these terms as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of its business, provided your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer your subscription without our consent.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence. Before any claim, please contact hello@measure.co so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
