Measure (“the service”) measures how AI engines — such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI — answer questions relevant to your brand: whether you are named, whether your site is cited, how you compare to competitors, and how that changes over time. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the prompts and domains you track. You agree not to use the service to track brands or domains you have no legitimate interest in, to probe or disrupt the service, to resell raw data feeds without written agreement, or to violate any applicable law.
Measure is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Plans include a monthly credit allowance consumed by metered actions (live scans, geo scans, content analysis). Unused credits do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your workspace data stays yours. The dashboards, reports and measurements for your brand are private to your workspace and protected by row-level access controls.
We collect and retain the measurements the service produces — AI engine answers, citations, questions, and related metadata — and we may use aggregated, anonymised usage data, including the prompts tracked across workspaces, to operate and improve the service for all customers — for example better prompt recommendations, category question libraries, and industry benchmarks. Aggregated data never identifies you, your workspace, your customers, or your confidential information, and is never presented to other customers in a form attributable to you.
AI engine answers are generated by third-party models; they may be inaccurate and are measured as-observed. Third-party data providers’ figures (e.g. search volumes, backlink metrics) are estimates supplied under their own terms.
The service, its software, design and accumulated datasets are owned by Measure. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription. You may export and use your workspace’s reports freely.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI search results change constantly; we do not guarantee visibility outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Measure’s aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may cancel at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your workspace data is deleted within 90 days, except aggregated, anonymised data and records we must keep by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@measure.co.
